Jess began his career at 18 and cut his teeth as a finish carpenter and high-end cabinet maker, laying the foundation for his meticulous attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship.

 Before joining Dowbuilt, Jess operated his own construction company, honing his leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. His portfolio includes multimillion-dollar estates and complex projects involving home additions, pools, landscaping, and wine caves. Jess thrives on overcoming challenges and takes great pride in delivering finished homes that exceed client expectations. Talented, hardworking, creative, and kind, Jess is a natural leader who builds trust and fosters team collaboration. 

On his days off, you will find him exploring the great outdoors—fishing, hiking, or mountain biking—and finding inspiration in nature’s beauty.
