As Dowbuilt's CFO, Terrie oversees a talented and resourceful finance and accounting team, providing financial reporting and planning, accounting controls, and tax and treasury services while partnering with leadership in defining and executing the company's financial strategy. 

Before joining Dowbuilt in 2011, Terrie started her 30-year career with a regional accounting, tax, and consulting firm specializing in the construction and real estate industries. Later, she transitioned into the private sector, holding management and executive positions in the workers' compensation and real estate development industries. 

Terrie, a former licensed CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting degree from Western Washington University and a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Golden Gate University.
