With 15 years of experience in high-end construction, shop leadership, and millwork, John brings a comprehensive skill set to his role. His expertise spans custom casework, finish carpentry, steel fabrication, lean manufacturing, CNC programming and operations, lamination, luthiery, budgeting, design, and project management.

John's passion for collaborating with architects and designers is evident in his extensive background crafting custom millwork, casework, furniture, and musical instruments. Before joining Dowbuilt, he significantly expanded the capabilities and revenue of various fabrication shops, showcasing his leadership and innovative approach to the industry.

John holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Arizona and resides in Seattle with his wife and dog.
