Reporting to the vice president of construction, LeAnn combines financial precision, strategic oversight, and people-focused leadership to cultivate a strong safety culture on every job site.

With a background as an AP manager, LeAnn brings exceptional attention to detail, expertise in budget management, and a proactive approach to compliance, which strengthens Dowbuilt’s safety operations. Collaborating with key leaders, including the director of field operations and the HR director, LeAnn drives safety initiatives through a comprehensive, data-informed approach that aligns with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
