Ann Marie Didailler

Ann Marie has over 35 years of experience across construction and interior design, spending the past 12 years managing high-end residential projects in New York City. Known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and strong budget management skills, she approaches every project with the same level of care. She values honesty, kindness, and diplomacy, believing the best outcomes come from working through challenges together.

Before returning to construction, Ann Marie owned a small business with her husband, an experience that strengthened her appreciation for organization and thoughtful processes. She also founded a women in construction group at her previous company, reflecting her commitment to building strong teams and supporting others in the industry. Her favorite part of a project is the final installation, when the furniture and artwork arrive and the full vision comes to life.

Building aside, Ann Marie enjoys Pilates, biking, kayaking, refinishing furniture for her century home, and her chef husband’s cooking.
