With a background in business, carpentry, and woodworking, Darryl combines expert communication and organizational talents with impeccable quality control. He enjoys the high-level problem-solving required to bring complex projects to life and understands that building trust and transparency is imperative for each project’s success. Darryl is decisive, detail-oriented, and talented at inspiring team collaboration.

Darryl holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand, where he received a first-place finish in the Christchurch apprentice carpentry program and a “Young Designer” award.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Darryl is an open-water dive master and has worked both as a paramedic and mountain rescue technician. He loves outdoor adventures with his dog, training for endurance events, exploring new places by foot or craft, and reading a good book by a campfire.
