As Director of Field Operations, Doug supports our field teams by continuously evolving processes to meet the changing needs of our job sites. Doug advocates for our superintendents and craftspeople through field system improvements, training development, and technological enhancements. 

Doug has been with Dowbuilt for over 20 years, holding several key positions within our build and operation teams. He understands the high level of quality Dowbuilt demands, and his expertise helps us achieve it across diverse build sites and conditions. Starting in the industry as a laborer, Doug went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Washington. 

Known for his ability to create team cohesiveness, Doug fosters a strong collaborative environment centered on open communication. His dedication to refining our processes and supporting our field teams ensures that Dowbuilt continues to deliver exceptional results on every project.
