Operations and Service Manager - New York & Florida
Gloria joined our team in 2018 and quickly established herself as the heartbeat of our New York office. She touches nearly every department at Dowbuilt, from safety coordination and IT systems to human resources, learning and development, marketing, events, and more. A vital link between our field teams and the Brooklyn office, Gloria is also a key partner and liaison for Dowbuilt regions nationwide.
With extensive experience supporting high-end residential construction projects, Gloria manages our state licenses and insurance compliance and supports our New York Service team. Before entering the construction industry, she spent fifteen years as a social worker in Ohio, Connecticut, and Florida, helping seniors and families navigate state programs and support services. Gloria holds a bachelor's degree in social work from Campbell University and a master's from The Ohio State University.
