Katie began her career as a registered architect before moving into construction management in 2007. Since joining Dowbuilt, she has managed some of our most notable projects and built a deep understanding of how design, construction, and finance intersect. Now as Director of Project Financials, she leads the team responsible for project planning, cost reporting, and client communication—ensuring transparency for clients and project teams alike. Known for her precision and collaborative approach, Katie serves as a bridge between our build teams and accounting, and is a driving force for operational efficiency and fiscal integrity across the company.
