Liz Pipal

Liz is an analytical thinker who constantly envisions what might unfold on a construction site, identifying a project's needs before they arise and heading off problems before they happen. She thrives on unique build conditions and one-of-a-kind architecture, and brings equal respect for the trades and curiosity about new technologies to every project. In a crisis, she's unflappable; day to day, she's responsive, detail-oriented, creative, and considerate.

Liz holds a degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and practiced architecture in New York City before joining Dowbuilt. Though she began her career in architecture, she quickly found herself more drawn to the puzzle of putting a building together than to designing one, a passion sparked early on by her father, himself an architect and builder, through countless projects around the house.

Outside of work, Liz is an avid birder and woodworker, plays ice hockey, and jumps at any excuse to be outdoors.
