Mark Allen

With nearly 20 years in residential design and construction, Mark brings both architectural training and hands-on site experience to every project. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Design and a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University, he shifted from design to construction during the 2008 downturn and discovered a passion for problem-solving on the jobsite.

As a project manager, Mark serves as the hub of communication between owners, consultants, and field teams, balancing big-picture goals with day-to-day details. Known for building strong client relationships, he approaches projects with an understanding that construction is as much about service as it is about craft. Highlights include leading the award-winning Ghost Wash House in Paradise Valley, recipient of a 2018 AIA National Housing Award.

Even-keeled and patient, Mark motivates teams by connecting them to the “why” behind the work. Outside of building, you’ll find him in the sun: traveling, working in the yard, or soaking in the culture of new places.
