Matt Rollinson

Matt has over 20 years of experience delivering high-end custom homes and residential projects. Known for clear communication and strong follow-through, he manages complex, design-driven work from design development through final punch list, with a focus on client satisfaction, risk management, and quality craftsmanship. He holds a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License and OSHA 30 certification. 

Matt builds strong working relationships with clients, designers, and craftspeople to keep projects moving forward. An early interest in art, design, and hands-on work led him to construction, where he’s known for a steady, practical approach to problem solving and has helped deliver several award-winning homes.

On his days off, Matt enjoys traveling, skiing, golfing, playing basketball, and spending time with family at the beach.
