Scott's construction career began in Alaska, where he spent summers as a carpenter's assistant, mastering the fundamentals of framing and finish carpentry. During this time, he developed a passion for the challenges and complexities of high-end residential work.

As a leader, Scott prides himself on guiding teams through all phases of construction. He is an outstanding communicator, admired for his honesty, kindness, and ability to confidently and adeptly manage diverse build scenarios.

Scott holds degrees in civil engineering, business administration, and mechanical engineering from the University of Washington. In his free time, he is an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoys long drives through the Western states, exploring small towns along the way.
