Scott is a seasoned senior superintendent with more than 30 years of experience in residential construction. Over the last 15 years, he has led numerous crews and contributed to Dowbuilt projects in Hawaii, California, and Washington. 

Scott's journey in construction began with building exhibition displays and traveling the country alongside his father. He further honed his skills and knowledge by earning a bachelor's degree in industrial and product design from Ohio State University. 

Known for his diligent leadership on-site, Scott likes to work hard and finish what he starts. Crew members look up to him, depend on his technical knowledge of construction, and benefit from his positive attitude and playful spirit. 

Outside work, Scott enjoys spending time with his three kids, hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest, running with his dog, and tackling various home projects.
