Based in the Bay Area, Shengning brings 15 years of AEC industry experience to his role at Dowbuilt, and focuses on leveraging digital tools to bridge architecture and construction. An innovator at heart, he advances Dowbuilt's R&D objectives through digital construction solutions. Shengning's background in architecture, woodworking, and fabrication allows him to approach complex construction requirements with a focus on craftsmanship. A conscientious and collaborative team member, Shengning consistently adds value during pre-construction through process analysis and planning. He implements strategies during construction that enhance project accuracy, streamline schedule, and increase build efficiency.

Shengning holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and a master's degree in architecture with a focus on digital fabrication from the Architectural Association. Outside of work, he can be found hiking with his dog Orzo and tending to his garden.
