Nick was our first hire on the East Coast in 2014 and has been an instrumental part of Dowbuilt ever since. As Director of Construction Management, Nick works closely with project teams nationwide to ensure each client receives a consistent, high-quality build experience. He is a natural leader and mentor, having worked through the ranks as a carpenter, cabinetry shop foreman, site superintendent, and project manager. With 20 years of experience in high-end residential construction, Nick is adept in pre-construction, digital construction, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, project communication, and team building.

Nick earned his undergraduate degree from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and his master's degree in construction administration from Columbia University. Outside of work, he can be found exploring the great outdoors on a bike or fishing with friends and family.
