As Vice President of Technology, Coby Vardy leads a team of 20 and spearheads Dowbuilt's innovative and strategic use of technology. 

Starting as an on-site project engineer in 2014, Coby quickly integrated IT and digital modeling into the traditional build process, earning him respect from our field and project teams and a promotion to Director of Digital Construction. 

Under Coby's leadership, the digital construction team has transformed the way we work and build projects at Dowbuilt. By utilizing BIM coordination, parametric modeling, and automated data pipelines, we have enhanced project estimation, scheduling, and construction-level detailing. These methodologies not only minimize errors and costs but also increase accuracy, ensuring timely, on-budget project completions. 

Coby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington. Outside work, he enjoys world travel, mountain climbing, and backcountry skiing with his brother Ariel.
