Wade excels in developing comprehensive scopes of work, preparing construction documents, coordinating contract drawings, estimating costs, preparing budgets, and scheduling projects. 

Passionate about forming lasting relationships with subcontractors, Wade understands that successful projects require tight teamwork and clear communication. Over the years, he has managed multiple residential builds in the $50-65 million range, supervised large project teams, coordinated various trades and consultants, and maintained rigorous quality control standards. 

Wade holds a master's degree in construction management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He also possesses a California State General Contracting License.
