Ken Head

Ken began his construction career building custom homes in Santa Monica, California. He is known for developing high performance teams and ensuring clear, consistent communication across all phases of a project. With a proven record of guiding complex builds to successful completion, Ken brings steady leadership to every project.

What Ken values most is getting to know the client team—understanding their goals, aligning on priorities, and learning how to best honor the design intent. A skilled team builder, he thrives in collaborative environments where clients, architects, designers, engineers, and craftspeople work together to bring extraordinary homes to life.

Ken holds dual degrees: a bachelor’s in business administration from Pacific Union College and a fine arts degree from Art Center College of Design. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.
