Ken started his career in construction during the summer months of college. After an early stint as an architectural photographer, he began building custom homes in Santa Monica, California. Ken excels at developing efficient project management systems, building high-performance teams, and leading complex, multi-million-dollar projects to successful completion. He has a proven track record of refining construction processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring clear communication and high-quality execution across all project phases.

Ken's favorite part of his work is getting to know the client team—understanding their goals and learning how to honor the design intent. A skilled team builder, he thrives in collaborative environments where clients, architects, designers, engineers, and craftspeople work together to bring extraordinary homes to life.

Ken holds dual degrees: a bachelor's in business administration from Pacific Union College and a fine arts degree from Art Center College of Design. On weekends, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.
