Shea leads Dowbuilt's Service teams in the Rocky Mountains and Austin, Texas, working closely with clients, estate managers, and owner's representatives to create tailored home service plans. She manages a team of seven, collaborates with regional principals on new business, and oversees the transition of multi-year builds into ongoing service relationships.

Shea’s expertise spans client relations, performance management, recruitment and training, subcontractor vetting, scheduling and estimating, resource allocation, and project documentation. Her comprehensive oversight ensures the highest standards are maintained throughout every stage of each service project, from inception to completion.

Shea holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the College of Wooster in Ohio and a master's in kinesiology from the University of Tennessee.
