Pavlina Vargé

As our senior service manager in California, Pavlina oversees service efforts in both Los Angeles and the Bay Area. She works closely with our service superintendents, foremen, and our Southern California principal to ensure our field teams have the resources and support they need to keep our clients’ homes in optimal condition. Pavlina firmly believes that routine maintenance is essential for the longevity of quality architecture, mechanical systems, and relationships.

Pavlina brings over 15 years of design and project management experience to her work in home service, focused on a hands-on, design-forward approach to maintaining and enhancing clients’ homes. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the UCLA School of Architecture and recently obtained a Project Management Certificate from MIT. She thrives on tackling challenges collaboratively and finding creative solutions to complex problems, ensuring our service teams are working to the highest industry standards.

Pavlina loves the dynamic nature of high-end residential construction and is always eager to learn something new. One example is her love of languages—she is continually expanding her linguistic knowledge. In addition to English, she speaks fluent Bulgarian and basic German and Russian.
