Federico "Fede" has been a cornerstone of our team for over ten years. Initially joining Dowbuilt nearly 20 years ago as a laborer on the build side, Fede took a brief hiatus to work as a painting subcontractor before returning in 2013. By 2015, he transitioned into our home service division, starting as a service foreman and quickly advancing to service superintendent.

Today, Fede is a senior service superintendent, utilizing his extensive skillset to care for several long-term clients in the Seattle area. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and exceptional work ethic, Fede has become one of Dowbuilt's most trusted and beloved leaders. He has trained and mentored over 20 service foremen and superintendents from various regions, demonstrating his commitment to fostering talent within the company.

Like his older brother Ricardo, who works in our shop, Fede is deeply attuned to his clients' needs. He often anticipates and completes tasks before being asked. Fede's ownership, commitment, and care make him an invaluable member of our team.
