David Denham

David has more than 25 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial construction. After earning a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Drexel University, he went on to manage projects from planning through completion. He enjoys working closely with clients, architects, consultants, and project teams. His experience includes several award-winning residential renovations and civic projects.

David’s interest in construction started early, sketching floor plans as a kid and thinking about how buildings came together. Today, he still enjoys seeing that process unfold. His favorite part of a project is handing over the keys and seeing the homeowners walk through their finished home for the first time.

Off the clock, David enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and twin daughters. Also a passionate photographer, he loves capturing the region’s landscapes, architecture, and sense of place.
