Janine is a seasoned senior project manager with extensive experience managing high-value construction projects. She excels in budget management, billing, scheduling, staffing, project documentation, contract negotiation, and subcontractor relationships. As the senior project manager on one of our largest projects in Southern California, Janine oversees a team of 50-75 personnel and vendors on a project valued at over 190 million dollars.

Before joining Dowbuilt, Janine coordinated multiple high-end builds in Los Angeles and Malibu and managed private estates for high-profile celebrities. She is one of the hardest-working individuals at Dowbuilt and is deeply committed to her client's satisfaction and her teams' success.

Janine holds a master of arts degree in the classics and a bachelor of arts degree in anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
