Chris Thomas

Senior Superintendent

Chris brings a rare combination of hands-on experience and formal training to every project. Growing up in the construction industry, he built his foundation as a residential carpenter for five years before working as a cabinet maker and installer while earning a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute. What sets Chris apart is an exceptional capacity for detail. He retains and recalls technical information with precision, allowing him to address issues accurately and efficiently in the field while keeping work aligned with specifications and schedules. That sharpness, paired with a natural sense of urgency, keeps projects moving without sacrificing quality.

Chris is energized by the challenges that come with ambitious residential design. He thrives in collaboration, working alongside craftsmen, architects, and colleagues to make previously-thought-impossible details a reality. His thoughtful, balanced leadership creates an environment where subcontractors, architects, and clients alike feel set up for success, driven at its core by a genuine passion for exceptional craft.
