Gregory Kozakiewicz

Gregory has spent more than 20 years in residential construction, managing field operations on apartment and townhouse renovations, including ground-up brownstone projects. He values clear communication and keeps a close eye on safety, quality, and the details that keep projects moving smoothly.

Having started out doing hands-on work early in his career, Gregory quickly developed a passion for building and problem-solving that has stayed with him ever since. He enjoys the point in a project when everything starts coming together in the field and the teamwork between trades turns plans into real progress.

Gregory prefers to spend most of his free time outdoors, often kayaking, biking, or gardening.
