Theola is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She oversees Dowbuilt's day-to-day financial activity, including financial planning, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. She collaborates closely with our CFO, COO, and Managing Principal to shape and execute financial strategies. Her responsibilities include cash flow management, financial analysis, and tax and regulatory standards compliance. 

Theola is known for her collaborative leadership style, building strong relationships across all organizational levels to drive the achievement of company objectives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree from the University of Washington, with a major in accounting. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and cooking with family and friends.
