As Director of Talent Acquisition and Compensation, Danielle collaborates with Dowbuilt leadership on strategic staffing, as well as the implementation and administration of total rewards for more than 500 employees nationwide. She and her team partner with regional principals and hiring managers to source and hire top-tier craftspeople, project managers, superintendents, executives, and support roles across all Dowbuilt projects. Throughout her 15-year tenure, Danielle has played a pivotal role in scaling Dowbuilt into the company it is today

Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree from Kendall College of Art and Design and a certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Washington. She values Dowbuilt’s tight-knit culture and thrives in the dynamic, challenging, and ever-evolving landscape of the residential construction industry.

Outside work, Danielle enjoys growing and arranging flowers, watercolor painting, cooking, and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and son.
