Stephanie is a seasoned recruiter with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Based in Seattle, she leads talent acquisition across Washington, Hawaii, and California and supports hiring efforts in our wood shop, IT, accounting, and HR departments.

Before joining Dowbuilt, Stephanie spent over a decade as a third-party recruiter, managing national recruitment for energy and industrial services, including utility-scale solar projects. Her expertise in executive and construction management recruitment earned her multiple accolades, including Recruiter of the Year in 2015 and 2019 and Platinum Club recognition in 2007.

Stephanie combines traditional recruitment methods with innovative partnerships, digital strategies, and behavioral-based interviewing to attract and secure top-tier talent. Known for her approachable demeanor and high integrity, she is a trusted partner to hiring managers and candidates alike.
