As Dowbuilt's senior service manager for the Pacific Northwest, Emily oversees a team of 20 home service experts. She helps our clients plan for annual maintenance, line up resources for repairs, and understand home care.

Emily is detail-oriented, a great communicator, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Her journey at Dowbuilt began in 2019 as a service coordinator, where she assisted our service managers across the country and managed monthly billing. Emily's work ethic, organizational skills, and dedication to her team and clients led to her promotion to manager in 2021 and senior manager in 2022. She holds a degree in psychology and criminal justice from Washington State University. Outside work, she enjoys gardening, camping, and exploring the occasional Renaissance fair.
