Originally from Ireland, Gerry draws on 30 years of construction experience. He started in high-end construction as a laborer in New York City and quickly progressed to assistant superintendent and superintendent. At 26, he was running his first project on Park Avenue. Over the next 25 years, Gerry would complete numerous high-profile builds on 5th Avenue and Park Avenue—many in landmark buildings.

As a project principal, Gerry guides Dowbuilt projects from estimation and pre-construction through completion and hand-off. He oversees every aspect of construction, collaborating closely with project managers and superintendents on resource allocation, scheduling, safety protocols, and quality assurance. Gerry’s leadership fosters trust and camaraderie among team members, while his compassion and strong work ethic endear him to colleagues and clients alike. 

Beyond his professional pursuits, Gerry enjoys traveling and navigating the lush golf courses of Florida.
