With a career spanning 20 years, he excels in addressing unique building challenges with a comprehensive knowledge base. Hank thrives on the complexities of custom residential construction and enjoys collaborating with architects on atypical design details and scheduling. 

As our regional principal in the Pacific Northwest, Hank's top priority is developing and maintaining positive client relationships. His commitment to understanding and meeting client expectations has been the cornerstone of his success. Before his promotion to regional principal, Hank excelled as a project manager for Dowbuilt in Seattle, Hawaii, and San Francisco. His exceptional communication skills, collaborative approach, and dedication to high-quality craft have consistently made him a standout with clients. 

Hank holds a master's degree in architecture from the University of Oregon and was a teaching fellow at the University's AAA Furniture Studio. He resides in Seattle with his wife and daughters.
