Kajsa Jungaro | Owner

Kajsa oversees our field, project management, estimating, scheduling, and safety teams with training, quality control, and risk mitigation. She also acts as the Dowbuilt liaison with our legal team. Over the last 15 years at Dowbuilt, she has managed several key projects in Washington, Hawaii, New York, and California. With a photographic memory and a genuine love of numbers, she is known for being a sincere and experienced project manager who runs a tight project with great financial controls. Known for tracking costs “down to the penny” and effectively managing subcontractor value, Kajsa keeps her teams on task and projects on track. 

Kajsa holds a bachelor's degree in biology and Spanish from Scripps College. Outside of work, she can be found playing piano at weddings, waterskiing in France, or assembling 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzles.
