With over two decades of experience in high-end residential construction, Wade brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to every project. As a project principal, he serves as a strategic partner to clients and architects, offering high-level oversight while driving project performance through clear communication and proactive leadership.
Wade is known for distilling complex information into clear, actionable steps, whether outlining risk, refining a budget, or coordinating with consultants and trades. His responsiveness and transparency keep teams aligned and confident throughout the process. He has led multiple custom residential projects in the $50–80 million range and brings deep technical fluency across estimating, scheduling, and contract review.
Wade holds a master’s degree in construction management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is also a licensed general contractor in the state of California.
