Mary Kate Spach

Mary Kate brings two decades of business development experience in residential architecture and construction, working with respected firms from California to Georgia to Texas. Pairing her love of making genuine connections with a deep passion for exceptional design and its masterful execution, Mary Kate advances strategy while fostering high-impact collaborations and lasting relationships.

A Fellow of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, Mary Kate conceived and launched the organization’s New Heights education program, designed to introduce middle and high school students to the enduring influence of classical architecture. Since its founding at Marymount School of New York in 2014, the program has expanded to 13 schools in ten cities nationwide.

Outside of work Mary Kate enjoys attending live theater, traveling, and trying out new restaurants with her family.
