Mike's extensive construction experience allows him to see a project from many different angles—from builder to engineer to project manager of complex estimates and budgets. He prides himself on being detail-oriented in design and financial management, and he is thoughtful about building project-specific teams that leverage individual strengths to achieve success.

Mike holds a bachelor's degree in physics with minors in mathematics and electrical engineering. He was inspired to pursue a career in construction after seeing the complex concrete used on Antoni Gaudi's Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.

When not wearing his project management hat, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and catching the sunrise during an early morning surf session.
