Patrick Easley is a seasoned talent acquisition lead at Dowbuilt, where he’s been driving recruitment for high-end residential construction projects since February 2022. With over 10 years of experience in recruiting operations and project management, Patrick focuses on finding top talent and creating smooth and effective hiring processes.

Before joining Dowbuilt, Patrick worked at Prism Electric and Zachry Industrial, leading recruitment efforts and partnering with hiring teams to match the right candidates to open roles. He brings a strong background in recruitment strategy, workforce planning, project management, and Lean Six Sigma training to keep processes efficient and results-driven. 

Patrick’s career includes experience in both military and civilian roles, giving him a well-rounded approach to building strong teams and meeting organizational goals.
