Ryan Minney

For as long as Ryan can remember, he has been passionate about construction. From building blocks and Legos as a kid to drafting in high school, sculptures in college, and summer jobs in construction, Ryan actively sought out opportunities to build. This passion ultimately led to studying architecture and design in college. 

As a registered architect with 30 years of experience, Ryan has spent most of his career designing and building custom residential projects. His sense of responsibility for a project starts with understanding each architect’s design intent and extends to onsite management of the day-to-day construction as a superintendent. Ryan’s goal is to ensure all building elements and team members work together to deliver an exceptional home for our clients. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Ohio and a master’s degree in architecture from Yale University.
