Paul is a founding member of the Dowbuilt service team and has been instrumental in building the Rocky Mountain Region. As a Senior Service Superintendent, he focuses on client care and quality craftsmanship, dedicating his efforts to building long-lasting relationships with clients and their families.

With over ten years at Dowbuilt and 40 years in construction, Paul’s versatility and expertise make him an invaluable asset. Known for his ability to handle any situation, he is often described as a "Swiss Army knife" for the home. His commitment to clients is evident in the extra effort he consistently puts in, such as showing up during rainstorms to check gutters or shoveling walkways to prevent freezing.

Paul’s warmth and humor foster strong connections, endearing him to clients, earning the respect of subcontractors, and inspiring his colleagues. In his spare time, Paul is an avid fly fisherman and an active community volunteer, building wheelchair ramps and mentoring young builders.
