Georgian Renovation
In collaboration with interior designer Charlie Hellstern, we transformed this century-old Georgian Revival home in Seattleās Mt. Baker neighborhood into a modern, functional residence for a family of four.
The primary goal of the remodel was to enhance the home's functionality while preserving its historical integrity. Our team carried out a full gut renovation of the 4,500-square-foot space, carefully maintaining original details.
New elements introduced to the home include an Art Deco-inspired stair railing by Dyna Metal and a powder room mural by renowned decorative painter Cathy Conner. The kitchen received a complete overhaul and features cabinetry by Whidbey Design Works, marble countertops, a dark walnut island, brass accents, and custom light fixtures by Landbridge Lighting.
Undertaken during the pandemic, the renovation required meticulous planning to ensure the safety of our crew, and clients, who remained living on-site. Through thoughtful collaboration and expert craftsmanship, the result is a beautiful home that seamlessly merges historical charm with modern-day comfort.
