Jake Rice

Jake is a senior project manager with more than 30 years of experience in architecture and construction, primarily focused on high-end single-family homes. His interest in architecture started young, flipping through home plan magazines and redrawing layouts to see how they could be improved. After earning his Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State, Jake spent 10 years as an architect before moving into construction project management. With his blend of design and build experience, Jake is known for thinking creatively when challenges arise and for being the steady voice that keeps clients, designers, and trades aligned. 

Jake is a problem-solver at heart. He likes digging into the details early, asking the right questions, and finding smart ways to execute complex ideas without losing sight of budget or schedule. Seeing all the details of a project through successfully, from concept to the final walkthrough, is what keeps him excited about his work. 

Friends and colleagues describe Jake as thoughtful, determined, and quick on his feet, with an easygoing, friendly personality. If he’s not on the clock, there’s a good chance Jake is on a golf course, working in the yard, or out hiking and traveling with his family.
