Jay Blumenfeld

With 40 years in residential construction, Jay has spent the past three decades focused on architecturally significant custom homes throughout California. With a history of journeyman carpentry, he brings a deep understanding of the construction process along with years of experience leading teams from early design through completion. He values clear communication, accountability, and supporting the people around him.

His interest in building started early, working summers on a carpentry crew while still in high school. After college, Jay worked in real estate development and management before deciding he wanted to better understand the craft of building firsthand. His favorite part of any project is working closely with clients, design teams, vendors, and trade partners to bring a shared vision to life and exceed expectations along the way.

Jay enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting outdoors whenever he can. He regularly surfs with his son, mountain bikes in the Lost Sierra, and hikes with his wife and their dog.
