With a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget, John is adept at balancing project goals and objectives with the team's overall needs. His extensive experience gives him valuable insight into how and when to apply new technology to enhance project outcomes. 

John's expertise and honest, up-front communication have enabled him to form strong, long-lasting relationships with the top subcontractors and vendors throughout the New York City area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
